For some reason coastal towns, like
Veracruz, have a serious animal over population. With the
coordination of Olga Kottmeier and Juan Carlos Gonzalez, our
group mobilized to Veracruz on Sunday, January 23, 2005. Por
alguna razon, los pueblos costeros
tienen un serio problema de sobre poblacion animal. Con la
coordinacion de Olga Kottmeier y Juan Carlos Gonzalez, nuestro grupo se
movilizo a Veracruz el domingo, 23 de enero de 2005.

El plan era operar 60 animales,
pero solo llegaron 33 animales.
Creo que el Señor nos protegio porque los animales no estaban en
buen estado de salud y tuvimos algunas urgencias. Necesitamos
hacer mucho mas por los animales en Veracruz. The plan was to operate 60 animals,
but only 33 came forward. I believe the Lord was protecting us
because the animals were not in the best shape and we had several
emergencies. Much needs to be done to improve the welfare of the
animals in Veracruz.
